Reservation Requests

We thank you for your interest in Salem Historical Tours’ rich and diverse tour offerings. Our helpful staff await the opportunity to assist you in reserving your space on one or more of Salem’s most popular tour selections.

Please call us directly at 978-745-0666 or fill out and submit the following survey and we will contact you by phone or e-mail to complete the reservation process. So that we may best assist you, please be as detailed as possible in your reservation request. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. Payment in full in the form of Master Card or Visa is then required to confirm and secure your reservation. All sales are final and we are unable to offer exchanges regardless of circumstance (please see terms and conditions).Your confidentiality is assured by our online reservation form and by our professional staff.

Once we confirm your reservation and payment, we will mail out your tickets and payment receipt. Please present your tickets upon checking in at the office the day of your tour(s). Please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled tour departure. Due to considerable visitor volume, advance October reservations made between September 15 and 30 will be subject to a $3.00 per tour service charge and tickets will be held at our 8 Central Street office for pickup day of tour only.

Please note that advance prepaid reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to start of tour. No tour reservations will be accepted after October 1 for the duration of the month due to high visitor volume. October tickets must be purchased well in advance or -- during October itself -- in-person day of tour only. Regardless of season, we will do our very best to accommodate walk-in guests (day of tour only, please).
