Covid-19 Announcement

Effective immediately, the City of Salem has rescinded the ordinance that requires people to show proof of vaccination and face masks to enter buildings.

You do not need to wear a mask OUTDOORS on our tours. You can wear one outdoors if you want.

You do not need to show proof of vaccination to enter our office or shop in the gift shop. All of our employees are either vaccinated or have at least one shot. You can wear a mask indoors if you prefer.

We also recommend that all individuals, whether fully vaccinated or not, keep a mask with them just in case there is a need to put it on.

An order from the state of Massachusetts removed all restrictions, including walking tour sizes. We are staying at approximately 25-35 guests per tour as opposed to the 50 guests per tour capacity in pre-covid times. We are doing this for safety reasons since it is difficult to social distance on tours and we feel everyone enjoys the smaller, cozier groups.

We are deeply  concerned for the safety and well-being of our employees and guests. Our guides may or may not wear a mask while outdoors on tour. We will still have sanitizer available for those who want to use it. We will also have free masks available for those who want them.

Please be safe, practice social distancing and wash your hands frequently.

Thank You.
