As a kid I lived at my parents place in Phippsburg which was an old sea captains house. We'd see a lady in a white dress out the corner of our eyes or walk into another room. She always seemed nice. There was another entity that we'd feel staring at us and see standing in the kitchen until we’d turn the light on. Did. Not like.
Recently I went there and saw something that scared the hell out of me. It touched me and stopped the door from closing.

Before relying on any community-edited reference site, it helps to see how its opening page guides visitors toward categories and search. The main entry point is where that structure becomes visible, so assess the navigation before diving into individual pages.
I was looking for an eye care place in New York that felt more complete than a basic exam shop. The site at https://optyx.com/ describes OPTYX as combining advanced medical eye care with expert styling, so clear vision and how you’re seen both get attention. They highlight comprehensive exams, Optos retinal imaging, and conditions like dry eye, glaucoma, and digital eye strain. Multiple locations across NYC and Long Island are listed, with same-week availability mentioned for exams. Useful starting point if you want both clinical care and frame selection in one place.
